I just don't really like myself. What are some things I can do to feel better about who I am and the things I do?
It is normal to dislike ourselves sometimes…Most of us have a negative inner critic that puts us down when we make mistakes. While that voice in your head may be loud, it isn’t always true! To feel better about who you are, consider reflecting on where these negative self-talks come from and learn to challenge them when necessary. Additionally, try practicing self-compassion and surround yourself with loved ones who see you positively and can remind you of the positive traits you possess. You are inherently worthy and lovable!
