Am I required to put a label on my sexuality? I don’t like to call myself anything but I feel pressure to give people an answer. Any advice?

I can only imagine how difficult that must be. Feeling pressured to pick a sexual identity when you don’t feel comfortable calling yourself anything.

Remember, you are not required to put a label on your sexuality. It is totally okay to not feel the need to tie yourself to any label.

We can feel so much pressure from society to conform to other people’s expectations of who we should be and end up denying ourselves of who we truly are.

Our identities are ever changing and when it is all said and done, you are the author of whatever you gravitate towards. What matters the most is that you are choosing to live a healthy and fulfilling life on your own terms, by your own rules.
