Join IDONTMIND for a free online journaling workshop for 18-25 year olds.

Over six weeks, you'll embark on a transformative journey of self-exploration and personal growth, as we dive into our emotions, thoughts, and experiences through the art of journaling.

Are you ready to harness the healing benefits of journaling?  This club will help you grow your coping skills and empower you to express yourself creatively. Throughout the six weeks, you'll develop connections with a community of people all looking to share their experiences, learn about themselves, and discover a new way to self-care. The Journal Club is co-taught by IDONTMIND staff and a licensed therapist, to make sure that you feel supported throughout the entire journey. By the end of our sessions, you'll leave with a renewed sense of self, a collection of your thoughts and reflections, and a toolkit of coping strategies to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

Think of it as an opportunity to discover the untapped power of journaling, unlock your inner voice, and forge connections with a supportive community that understands your journey.

All writing abilities are welcome

We embrace and welcome participants of all skill levels for the journal club. The club is designed to support you in empowering you to write about your experiences, in your voice and in your own way! That means your writing skills don’t need to be perfect — or even great — for you to find the benefits of journaling. 

For young people with lived experience

The IDONTMIND Journal Club offers a safe and inclusive environment for people to authentically express themselves and seek support. This club is specifically crafted for young adults (18-25) who are struggling with a mental health condition or have gone through a challenging life experience.

It’s virtual

Join the club from anywhere in the world. The entire six weeks are totally virtual and will meet on Thursdays from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm PST starting on March 7th, 2024.

Space is limited

This class is limited to 15 people to make it as personal as possible. Please make sure that you’re available to attend every class before you apply.
