“Around 15 is when my depression had started becoming more and more severe but I was avoiding talking to my mom about it and telling her I wasn’t okay. I bought a shirt and wore it and before I knew it, a conversation was opened up about the shirt, where it came from, and what it meant. We talked about mental health and as a result of that conversation, I began receiving treatment. I credit that conversation as potentially life-saving.” —@graceeeliz
