Your mind matters.

Your mind and body are connected, and there are many ways that fitness can positively impact your mental health.

Just like in mental health, everyone’s journey is different. Set a goal that makes sense for you, push yourself, and grow from the experience. It may feel daunting at first, but take it one step at a time. You don’t have to sprint for miles (or at all), just get your body moving! Challenge yourself in whatever way works best for you, and let every step you take feel like a victory. 

Run IDONTMIND is completely virtual. But even though you’ll be running on your own, remember that you’re not alone. No matter where you are in the world, you and the rest of the IDONTMIND community will all be working towards the same goal: to inspire conversations and to sweat it out for better mental health!

We want everyone to be a part of this experience. That’s why registration is completely free.

Our goal is to raise $25,000 to support our mental health resources like the IDONTMIND Journal, Ask a Therapist Series, the IDONTMIND Writing Workshop and other upcoming programs and services.

If you’re in a position to support our campaign, please consider a suggested donation of $20 or starting your own fundraiser to promote your run.

Remember, the amount of money that you fundraise isn’t a measure of your success. It’s all about your commitment to help further our mission — and that’s what means the most.
