Learn more about mental health. Look for new ways to improve my mental wellness. Facts will help me to reject stereotypes.

I will work to be more understanding.
 

3. Be involved.

My voice is vital to creating change. It is always easier to let others do the work. I won't stand on the sidelines and watch.

I will seek out opportunities to take action.
