If an item you received is defective or damaged, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject. Please include photos of damaged item. We will then work with you to get you a replacement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
